Joe Leonard-Walters is a writer, strategist and PR based in Amsterdam.

At Higginson Strategy, I began supporting the account leads by building media lists, drafting pitches, op-eds and press releases and connecting with journalists. I also led the organisation of the Political Purpose Awards, an annual awards ceremony hosted in Westminster.
